By using SafeSente, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). Please read them carefully as they govern your use of the services provided by SafeSente ("we," "us," "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

Definitions

"User(s)" refers to individuals or entities who use SafeSente, including buyers, sellers, and developers. "Service(s)" refers to the escrow services provided by SafeSente, including payment processing, fund holding, and dispute resolution. "Transaction(s)" refers to any contractual agreement or financial exchange facilitated through SafeSente. "Blockchain" refers to the technology used by SafeSente for secure storage and validation of transactions.

Account Registration

To use SafeSente, you must:

 1. Be at least 18 years of age. 

2. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and business information during registration.

 3. Maintain the security of your account and password. You are responsible for any activities under your account.

SafeSente reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for breach of this Agreement or for other reasons at our discretion.

Services and Fees

SafeSente acts as an independent third-party escrow service between buyers and sellers to hold and release funds upon fulfillment of contract terms.

Transaction Fees: SafeSente charges a 2% fee for each transaction, which is deducted from the total transaction amount. Fees vary depending on the payment method used (e.g., PayPal, Wise) and may be subject to change.

Additional fees may apply for certain services, such as international payments or currency conversions, in accordance with the terms of our payment partners (PayPal, Wise, etc.).

Payment Methods

SafeSente supports various payment methods including but not limited to PayPal and Wise (formerly TransferWise). Users agree to adhere to the terms of service of these payment platforms. SafeSente is not responsible for any disputes that arise from the use of third-party payment providers.

Funds and Withdrawals

All funds held in escrow are securely stored using blockchain technology, ensuring transparency and security throughout the transaction process.

24-Hour Withdrawal Approvals: Upon mutual agreement between the buyer and seller, SafeSente ensures that sellers can withdraw funds within 24 hours, subject to approval and verification.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Transaction Process

1. Initiating Transactions: Both parties (buyer and seller) agree to terms and set up an escrow transaction on SafeSente. 

2. Fund Holding: Funds from the buyer are held in escrow until the transaction terms are fulfilled.

 3. Release of Funds: Once both parties agree that the contract terms have been met, SafeSente releases the funds to the seller. If there is a dispute, SafeSente’s dispute resolution policy will be applied.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, SafeSente will investigate the matter and make a determination based on the evidence provided by both parties. SafeSente's decision is final and binding. We reserve the right to hold funds until the dispute is resolved.

User Conduct

Users agree to use SafeSente services for lawful purposes only and refrain from engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities. All users must abide by applicable laws and regulations when using our platform. Any violation of this Agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our discretion.

Data Privacy and Security

SafeSente is committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Blockchain Transactions: While blockchain offers a high level of security, users acknowledge that no system is immune to risk. SafeSente is not liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, or other breaches of security.

Limitation of Liability

SafeSente is not liable for:

 1. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. 

2. Disputes between users (buyers and sellers), though we will provide reasonable efforts to resolve them. 

3. Delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor strikes, system outages, or regulatory changes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafeSente, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

SafeSente reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

 1. Breach of this Agreement.

 2. Fraudulent activity. 

3. Misuse of the platform.

Upon termination, any pending transactions may be canceled, and any funds held in escrow may be returned at our discretion.

Modifications to the Agreement

SafeSente reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through notifications on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws . Any legal disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction].
